Centennial Senior Reviews

“I hated centennial schools because they hired inexperienced teachers who only cared about getting payed. I felt the teachers did not like to teach and they just wanted to make it through the day to go do other things. The students also are very stuck up and not very including. They think you have to drink or smoke to be cool and fit in, that is what most kids do. This is the reason I transferred schools because Centennial has a terrible learning environment and does not push students to reach their full potential.” This review was posted by a student.

“I am a recent graduate of Centennial, and can say that much of who I am today can be accredited to my four years there. There is an extremely strong sense of community, enormous amounts of school spirit, and well-regarded athletics and arts activities. Most staff share a genuine concern for the students, building relationships that last much longer than their years in the school.” This review was posted by a student.

“I was a graduate at Centennial High School. Its a lot of freedom at Centennial. Being one of the competting schools in the Northwest Suburban Confrence, kids can get into any sports or extracurricular activities. When my mom put me in a Minneapolis school, i felt very unsafe with just 3000 kids, but until we moved to Anoka County My mom felt confident in putting me in a school like Centennial where its 2100 kids, and alot of classes and college refrences. My junior and senior years at Centennial, the PSEO (post seconadry education opportunities landed me at Alexandria Tech College in Law Enforcement. Thanks to Centennial I am well educated and I serve as a EMT First Responder in the city of Minneapolis. - Dallas Barnes Class of 2004” This review was posted by a former student.

“I'm a 7th grader a Centennial Middle School and it is the best school district ever. The teachers are great. Mr. Gable is the best math teacher ever! ~Jaimie Langdon~” This review was posted by a student.
