If you enjoy nature or are looking for a fantastic opportunity to volunteer, this is your chance. Union Depot in downtown St. Paul has added a free yoga opportunity to its weekly classes. Yoga and Weight - Yoga Sculpt, the first of its kind in Minnesota, will be held on Mondays from 5: 30 p.m. to 6 p.m., and will teach a variety of yoga exercises including yoga poses, stretches and stretches. The Homestead Memory CafA (c) will meet at 11 a.m. at the Stony Brook University Library on the second floor of the University of Minnesota - St. Paul Building, 615 E. Washington Ave. The Shoreview County Historical Society Museum and Shore View Community Center will hold a special meeting at noon on Saturday, May 6. Our monthly newsletter provides a list of day trips and activities for seniors, and we meet twice a month for our monthly meeting at 7.30 p.m. on Tuesday and Thursday.

The Open Swim Class Swim, hosted by CVJM and Cory McCorvey, is at 11.30 and 12.30. The courses take place in the waiting room and guests are asked to bring their own swimsuits, swimming caps and goggles. Swimming classes at the Stony Brook University Library on the second floor of the University of Minnesota - St. Paul Building, 615 E. Washington Ave., are on Saturday, May 6 and May 7 at 12: 30 and 1: 00 p.m.

Classes are held in the waiting room, which is closed for private events, but you always have the opportunity to spend a night outside.
